- Using the platform for money laundering or unlawful financial transactions.

4 Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

5 Bonus and Promotional Offer Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit receiving a ৳2,000 bonus gives a balance of ৳3,000, and to withdraw you must wager ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000.
5.2 Other Promotions
Each promotion — including weekly reload offers, weekend cricket offers, slot festival bonuses, and referral rewards — has its own wagering requirements and validity period. The specific terms of each offer are published on the relevant promotion page and apply under these general terms.
5.3 General Bonus Usage Rules
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are converted to real money only after wagering is completed.
- Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time, unless specifically stated in the relevant terms.
- If bonus misuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
- 399bet reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
6 Betting and Gaming Rules

Specific rules apply for betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international cricket events. If a match is abandoned or ends before the specified number of overs, the official rules of each tournament will be followed to determine the betting result.

The result of each round in live casino games and slots is determined through a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG). In the event of a dispute over a game result, the game provider's server logs will be considered final evidence.

7.2 Account Closure by the User

7.3 Balance Upon Account Closure
